I was tasked with bringing Antonia’s vision - a high-end interview with a twist reveal - to life. It was incredibly important to capture an authentic, clear vision through Victor’s eyes. We kept storyboarding to a minimum and focused on the basics - where does Victor want Synthesia to go, and how will they get there with the new funding?

I helped organise the setup and execution of the interview shoot - working alongside our freelance cinematographers, gaffers, and audio engineers while making sure we were getting the right amount of content to use for our edit. This also included finding a way to fluidly transition from Vic’s interview over to our interviewee, an AI avatar.

With one hour of material from the shoot, I quickly turned around an assembly, carefully finding the right material and pace of the edit, before passing along the picture lock to our motion team for polishing the edit and graphics.
